Synopsis: After a bitter fight, Micah and Delilah decide to salvage their relationship by taking a weekend getaway to Humboldt County. But when Micah’s memories bring the past into the fore, things are not what they seem.

This was an editing experiment, in which I crafted a story around my vacation footage.

Shot on a Canon 7D 28-135mm
Color correction was minimal, I exaggerated the blacks and whites to try to give it the latitude of film, but most of the color was done in camera. 
All sounds were done in post.

A live session cover of “Firework” that I co-directed with my friends at Hi and Bye Productions. It features 3 of the members of indie-rock band April Chase. While this song is a little bit different from their usual style, I fell in love their music so I was totally honored to work with the. If you’re into groups like Paramore, or Meg & Dia, be sure to listen to their stuff.
